Agent must provide ALL supplies including for sale sign and rider(s).

What you need to know
Requests
Requests must be received with 72 hours of the date the listing goes active. Submit your requests early to avoid delays in pickups and installs.
Pickups
Pickup days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. For any Install Service, all supplies must be made available by agent for pickup by 1PM on pickup days.
Installs
Signs will be installed at least 48 hours of the date the listing goes active.
Drop Offs
Within 24 hours of confirmed closing, rented supplies will be collected by ABC Transactions and non rented supplies will be delivered back to the pickup address.
Placement
Disclose if there are any areas within the neighborhood where signs are prohibited. If not disclosed and signs are collected by HOA or the city, client is responsible for a lost fee of $15.
