What you need to know
Requests
Requests must be received by every Thursday of each week. Submit your requests early to avoid delays in pickups and installs.
Pickups
Pickup days are Tuesday-Friday. For any Install Service, all supplies must be made available by agent for pick up by 1PM on pickup days.
Installs
Signs will be installed no later than 2 hours before open house start time.
Drop Off
Rented open house signs will be picked up by ABC Transactions by end of day. Clients/agents are responsible for collecting their own open house signs.
Sign Placement
Disclose if there are any areas within the neighborhood where signs are prohibited. If not disclosed and signs are collected by HOA or the city, client is responsible for a lost fee of $15.
